What is POLCERO?+
POLCERO (Polskie Centrum Robotyzacji — Polish Robotics Center) is a Polish technology group that designs and manufactures robots, AI systems and components to order. The group operates on a single modular platform — one shared AI brain, interchangeable chassis and task modules — serving multiple industrial markets.
Does POLCERO sell off-the-shelf robots?+
No. Everything at POLCERO is built to the customer's order (make-to-order / build-to-order). We design and manufacture only after a confirmed customer inquiry. We also offer Robot-as-a-Service (RaaS) and Hardware-as-a-Service (HaaS) models.
What is the POLCERO AI brain?+
The AI brain is an intelligence layer we build for robots — our own software combining VLA (vision-language-action) models fine-tuned on customer data, YOLO-class vision for detection, and a fleet management layer. It runs on the robot's edge compute and connects to cloud for training. The same brain underpins all our branches (AI Systems, Farma AI, Commander).
Where are POLCERO robots manufactured?+
In Poland — in Kietrz, Silesia. We manufacture electronics, carbon fiber structures and mechanics, and assemble complete robots in-house. All products comply with EU regulations (CE, ISO 18497, NIS2/CRA).
What is Robot-as-a-Service (RaaS)?+
RaaS is a rental model where the customer pays a monthly fee instead of purchasing the robot outright. POLCERO owns, insures and services the robot; the customer gets robotization without capital expenditure. HaaS (Hardware-as-a-Service) is a similar model for hardware components.
