The POLCERO Robots branch is the modular platform at the core of everything we build — a shared AI brain, standardised interface, interchangeable chassis and plug-and-play task modules. We also deploy robots from our partner catalog, layering our AI brain on top for any market.
THE PLATFORM
Four layers — infinite combinations
Every POLCERO robot is built from the same four interchangeable layers. The IP is in the data, fine-tuning and fleet logic — not in any single component.
Layer 1
AI brain
VLA + YOLO models fine-tuned on customer data. Edge inference + cloud training. The same intelligence layer adapts to every chassis and market — perception, planning, task execution and fleet management.
Layer 2
Plug-and-play interface
Standardised mechanical and electrical connector. Swap chassis or task modules without redesigning the intelligence layer. One integration point for all combinations.
Layer 3
Chassis family
W4 (wheeled), T6 (tracked), WL4 (wheel-leg), Q4 (quadruped). Wheeled platforms are ~2.5× more energy-efficient than legged on flat ground — matched to terrain and task.
Layer 4
Task modules
Soft gripper, spray/fertigation head, sensor mast (RGB-D / multispectral / thermal), logistics carrier, remote manipulator — plug in the right tool for the job.
Chassis energy note
Wheeled platforms are approximately 2.5× more energy-efficient than legged robots on flat ground — we always recommend the most efficient chassis for the terrain. All platforms use LFP (lithium iron phosphate) battery chemistry. Energy modes: grid-connected, trolley + buffer, or hot-swap battery packs for continuous 24/7 operation.

Agricultural robots

Construction-site robots
BIM-to-field layout, overhead drilling, autonomous earthworks, inspection vs digital twin. Human-supervised autonomy throughout.
Patrol & inspection robots
24/7 autonomous patrol of facilities, critical infrastructure and perimeters. RGB-D + thermal imaging, anomaly detection, remote reporting. Human-in-the-loop for all actions.
Dual-use platforms
Quadruped and tracked platforms for reconnaissance, infrastructure protection and humanitarian demining — see Commander branch. All within EU dual-use export-control frameworks.
Stationary AI machines
Fixed-arm robots and intelligent workstations for inspection, quality control, repetitive assembly and material handling on production lines.
General-purpose utility robots
