PCB design, embedded systems, motor controllers, power electronics and sensor integration — all in-house for full quality control.
Carbon fiber composites
Lightweight carbon fiber robot bodies, chassis structures and enclosures. High strength-to-weight ratio, weather-resistant, IP-rated.
Mechanics & chassis machining
CNC machining, welding, precision mechanical assembly. All four POLCERO chassis variants manufactured in-house.
Robot integration & testing
Full robot integration — mechanics, electronics, AI brain — with systematic testing and quality control before delivery.
