Commander is POLCERO's supervisory AI command layer for security, dual-use and defense-adjacent applications. It aggregates fleet state, plans missions and enables supervised autonomy and teleoperation — with a human in the decision loop at all times. Built on the same AI brain as Farma AI, Commander applies it to civil and dual-use security scenarios. Made in EU.

Every Commander deployment maintains a human decision-maker in the loop. The AI advises, aggregates and executes — the human authorizes. Commander complies with EU and national law, export-control (dual-use) regimes, and POLCERO's own security-by-design policy.

Day/night optical and thermal imaging from mobile platforms. Autonomous or semi-autonomous area scanning with human-supervised mission planning.

Surveillance and monitoring of critical infrastructure objects — perimeter patrol, intrusion detection, event-triggered alerts. 24/7 unattended operation.
Humanitarian demining & hazard handling
Teleoperated neutralization of hazardous objects — unexploded ordnance survey, hazardous material handling. Operator always in the decision loop.
Resilient communications
Mesh network between platforms. Independent channel operable without fixed communications infrastructure. Jam-tolerant navigation as baseline.
Field logistics support
Load carrying over rough terrain (POLCERO-T6). Supply transport between positions without exposing personnel. Modular cargo interface.

LEGAL & ETHICAL FRAMEWORK
Commander is developed and deployed strictly within EU and national legal frameworks. All exports comply with EU Dual-Use Regulation (2021/821). We do not develop, describe or supply weapon systems, targeting solutions or offensive tactical capabilities.
Commander focuses on: reconnaissance and observation, surveillance and protection of objects and critical infrastructure, humanitarian demining (unexploded ordnance survey and teleoperated neutralization), and logistics support. All applications maintain human-in-the-loop decision authority.
MODEL
Commander is delivered to order — joint R&D and pilot projects with security, civil defense and critical infrastructure operators. We do not maintain a standard catalog for this branch; each deployment is configured for the customer's specific requirements and legal/regulatory environment.
