ICB Robots — industrial cobots, autonomous forklifts and AMR platforms

Cobots · Autonomous Forklifts · AMR · Control Center · Production Lines

Robots already exist — what is missing are the systems that control them. We build that missing layer: we install knowledge, a plan and eyes (cameras, sensors) into the machine, connect it with artificial intelligence and make it work on its own — without a driver and without constant human supervision.

SERVICE CATEGORIES

Six ways we robotize your operation

Every system is built to the customer's order — matched to process, facility and integration requirements.

TO ORDER

Collaborative Robots (Cobots)

Coboty

Support people, automate, supply, assemble, transport

Our cobots work alongside human operators — no safety cages required in certified configurations. They handle repetitive, ergonomically demanding or precision tasks while humans focus on judgment and quality control. Programmed in Python, C++ and ROS, matched to your process.

  • Support human workers at shared workstations
  • Automate repetitive or ergonomically demanding tasks
  • Supply components and materials to the production line
TO ORDER

Autonomous Forklifts

Autonomiczne widlaki

Transport, lift, scan, locate, avoid obstacles

Our autonomous forklifts handle intra-facility logistics 24/7 — picking up pallets or loads, transporting across the facility and placing at the target location without a driver. SLAM navigation: no floor markers or infrastructure changes required. WMS/ERP integration as standard.

  • Transport pallets and loads autonomously across the facility
  • Lift and place loads at target locations without a driver
  • Scan barcodes and QR codes for load identification
TO ORDER

AMR Platform

Platforma AMR

Enter, lift, carry, navigate, avoid, deliver

The ICB AMR Platform is a configurable autonomous mobile robot for facility transport. The base platform navigates autonomously via LiDAR SLAM; task modules (conveyor top, shelf, roller, custom fixture) are swapped without changing the platform. Payload: 100–600 kg depending on chassis variant.

  • Enter narrow aisles and lifts autonomously
  • Lift and carry payloads up to 600 kg
  • Navigate dynamically, re-routing around obstacles in real time
TO ORDER

Control Center

Centrum kontroli

Monitor, analyse, alert, respond, secure, report

The ICB Control Center is a supervisory software layer that aggregates data from the entire robot fleet and facility. It monitors operations in real time, detects anomalies, triggers alerts, coordinates responses and generates compliance and productivity reports.

  • Monitor fleet and facility operations in real time
  • Analyse production and logistics data for bottlenecks
  • Alert operators to exceptions and anomalies automatically
TO ORDER

Autonomous Production

Autonomiczna produkcja

Sort, pack, label, inspect, move, synchronise

ICB autonomous production systems handle end-of-line and post-production tasks without manual intervention. Vision and AI control the sequence; the robot adapts to product variation in real time. Designed for packaging, labelling and quality-control lines.

  • Sort items by type, size or destination with vision AI
  • Pack products into boxes, trays or bags
  • Label packages accurately and audit label placement
TO ORDER

Production Lines

Linie produkcyjne

Optimise, automate, control, integrate, monitor, improve

We design and automate complete production lines — integrating cobots, AMRs, conveyors and control software into a single orchestrated system. Each line is built to the customer's process; we test it in our own facility before delivery.

  • Optimise production flow and reduce cycle times
  • Automate previously manual workstations
  • Control the full line via a unified SCADA / MES interface

HOW WE DELIVER

Project lifecycle — to order

Every ICB deployment follows a structured four-step process from documentation to on-site commissioning.

01

Project documentation

We meet with the customer to map the process, document requirements, constraints and success criteria. Output: a feasibility report and concept proposal.

02

Team project

Our engineering team designs the robot or AMR system — mechanical, electrical and software — and fine-tunes the AI brain on customer data or process simulations.

03

Build & integration

Manufacturing and assembly in our own facility. Full factory acceptance test (FAT) and software integration. EU compliance (CE, ISO, NIS2) documentation prepared.

04

Delivery & commissioning protocol

On-site installation, site acceptance test (SAT), operator training and handover. Ongoing service under our RaaS / service-level agreement.

AI BRAIN

Every ICB robot runs the POLCERO AI brain

All ICB products are powered by the POLCERO AI Systems intelligence layer: VLA vision-language-action models, YOLO-class detection, SLAM navigation and fleet management. The same brain is fine-tuned on your process data. Programming: Python, C++ and ROS.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is a cobot and how is it different from an industrial robot?+

A cobot (collaborative robot) is designed to work safely alongside human operators without safety cages in certified configurations. It uses force-torque sensing and speed/power limiting to detect contact. Industrial robots typically operate in fenced cells at full speed. ICB cobots comply with ISO 10218 / TS 15066.

What is the payload and reach of the ICB AI-controlled robot?+

The ICB AI-controlled precision assembly robot has a payload of 20 kg, a reach of up to 1,800 mm and a repeatability of ±0.02 mm. It operates in environments from 0 to 45°C and carries a 24-month warranty. Control is via vision + AI (Python, C++, ROS).

Do ICB autonomous forklifts require floor markers or infrastructure changes?+

No. ICB autonomous forklifts use SLAM navigation — they build a map of the facility and navigate without floor stickers, rails or magnets. Minor environmental adjustments (clear aisle widths) may apply.

Can ICB robots integrate with our existing WMS or ERP system?+

Yes. ICB autonomous forklifts and AMR platforms offer REST and MQTT APIs and have been integrated with SAP, Infor and custom WMS/ERP systems. Integration scope is defined during the project documentation phase.

Is ICB Robots available as Robot-as-a-Service (RaaS)?+

Yes. Under RaaS, POLCERO owns, insures and services the robot; the customer pays a periodic fee — no capital expenditure required. Submit an inquiry to discuss the model that fits your operation.
